CHRISTINE GALLAGHER, M.Ed, APC, NCC
POSITIVE DISCIPLINE CERTIFIED
Life is a journey, that is often filled with highs and lows, which leave us feeling overwhelmed by stress, isolated by depression and struggling to find joy in our relationships, our career and in ourselves. I am passionate about working with my clients to manage these stressors in a way that fosters personal insight and growth.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel welcome and accepted. Practicing a holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person, not just the presenting issue, I work with my clients to provide encouragement, support, and the gentle accountability often needed to promote growth.
I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating techniques from Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT).
Outside of my work, I am married with three college-age children. I enjoy travel, interior design, and photography.
Christine is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC008067) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC1534219). She received her Master’s of Education in Professional Counseling at The University of West Georgia and completed her undergraduate work at Oglethorpe University. Christine is currently practicing under the supervision of Amy Robbins, LPC.
