CHRISTINE GALLAGHER, M.Ed, APC, NCC
POSITIVE DISCIPLINE CERTIFIED
I am passionate about working with women as they transition through their life stages; from adolescence, early adulthood, career, motherhood, empty nesting, and beyond. I empower women to find joy, celebrate accomplishments, and cultivate growth throughout their lifetime.
I also enjoy working with adolescents, LGBTQIA youth, and their families. I specialize in teaching coping skills, managing anxiety and depression, building confidence, and parent coaching.
To help foster growth, I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating techniques from Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Informed Therapy (DBT).
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel welcome and accepted. Practicing a holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person, not just the presenting issue, I work with my clients to provide encouragement, support, and the gentle accountability often needed to promote growth.
Outside of my work, I am married with three college-age children. I enjoy travel, interior design, and photography.
