Our Policies
THERAPY PROCESS
​​
Our psychologists and counselors work closely with you to listen to your needs and improve your life. We believe that you are the expert on you, so we marry your expertise with ours to gain insight into the patterns that are causing you pain and then change those patterns to meet your true goals. All humans hold innate potential for growth, and we seek to leverage that in a kind, supportive environment at Perspectives.
INSURANCE

Although Perspectives Counseling does not accept insurance, we are happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork to file for out of network benefits. Contact your insurance company for details.
RATES
​
Rates for Kristen Aycock, Ph.D. are $200 for a 45 minute session. Reduced rate services are available on a limited basis. ​
CANCELLATION POLICY
​
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelling sessions. You will be responsible for payment of the entire session fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or if you no-show to the session.
NO SURPRISES ACT
​
We adhere to the no surprises act, also known as balance billing in regard to insurance reimbursement and billing for services. To learn more about this policy, read our full document here.
HIPAA AND CONSENT TO TREATMENT
